Whether your patient has requested the return of their crown or bridge and would like to be reimbursed or your dental office generates a low volume of scrap, this program is geared specifically for recycling small quantities of dental scrap.

Four easy steps:

1. Order our “starter” package of eight free prepaid bubble-lined mailers. Reorders are unlimited.
    
2. Put any scrap you wish to send us in the mailer, even a single crown or bridge. There is no minimum. Gold or semiprecious can be enclosed. Teeth can be attached. Remember to close the self seal.
    
3. Fill out the return label with the name and address where you’d like payment sent or enclose a note with the information. A check can be sent to either the doctor or patient.
    
4. Drop the sealed mailer in a mailbox or hand it to your carrier. We pay the postage.
