Processing Guidelines:

Scrap payment varies based on volume and type of material received.

Metal value determination of your scrap is pegged to the fine metal prices of the Second London Fix on the day of receipt. Our only exception, filings, sweeps and orthodontics, which take a little longer to process and are pegged to the completion date.

Courtesy Services Provided:

• Mail-In Program: Includes collecting container, box and prepaid mailing label. Order as many as you need!
   
• UPS Pickup: We will schedule at your request. Free and insured! You can always follow your package's progress online.
   
• Patient Scrap Mailer Program: Prepaid mailers geared toward the smaller amounts of scrap. Unlimited reorders!
   
• Gold Price Alert: Have a benchmark selling price? Let us know and we will contact you immediately by email, fax or phone when gold has reached your target selling price.
   
• Ship & Hold: If you prefer, ship us your scrap with an indicated selling price. We’ll store it untouched until gold hits your target. Processing will be immediate and you can take advantage of any sudden market spike.
